| Q | QB:Immediately rolls right to follow the RB and X as an option for the pitch |
| C | Center, block to your left |
| Z | Z: Delays off the line, lets DB pick a side and seals off an edge. Lets X receiver sprint by the other side |
| X | X Receiver rolls into motion on set, QB snaps the ball and hands off to X at full speed. X follows the blockers and runs up-field. If someone misses the block, X has the ablity to option to R or to throw to Y |
| T | Tight End: Sprints off of line and blocks linebacker |
| Y | Y Receiver: Runs a drag out behind the linebackers and under the safety. |
| R | RB: Immediately rolls right to follow X and waits for the pitch |
