Lined up in the Shotgun Twins alignment Green does a flag, Turquoise takes a step back to fake the screen then goes on a dart and Purple runs a short curl from the tailback position. Red drops, fakes the screen to Turquoise, then looks to the short curl to Purple. The second look is back to Turquoise and the last read is Green.
