Firstly, Ignore the guy snapping the ball. The only way to have the QB actually throw is to have him receive a snap. This player wont be on the field.
On the snap I will turn and pump fake a bubble screen to “5”. This should hold the defense, if not get them to cheat forward.
When “1” makes his first cut (faking the post pattern), I will stare that down and throw a hard pumpfake. The defender should bite hard on this due to not being in ideal position from the first pump fake / thinking this is the route we are trying to hit.
When “1” makes his final cut to the corner there should be ample separation from his defender and no other defenders in the area.
If “1” is not open i should have “2” coming across my line of vision, and after crossing with “3” he should have some space.
If “2” is covered i will look back across the field to “3”, who if open, has a lot of open field infront of him.
It is important that “4” settles in the middle of the field and works his way back to me and a final safetly valve
