snap to running back, In our league qb can’t run unless blitzed. By having RB in back field, we try to get blitzed so our rb can run with the ball after snap.

blitz is an offensive 7 on 7 flag football play from Turtle Wing/Spread which is a 7on7 formation, We use this all the time. The wing backs are there for all of our read option plays and jet screens. It’s a great formation for quick throws as well. This play is authored by Ruzi25.
